Hello! Welcome to my little corner of the interweb, so glad you're here.  My name is Kayla and I live and work in Minneapolis, MN with my husband and our Boston Terrier, Petey. I have spent the last 10+ years working in both the agency and corporate worlds as an events and project manager. Both of those things have fueled my passion for transforming chaos into organization. When I'm not wrangling details, you can find me outdoors with my family, enjoying local breweries and eateries, and finding creative ways to embrace MN winters.

Sota Sidekick was founded as a way to help local and small business build better tradeshow programs. A struggle I often see with small businesses is resource constraints. Attending events is a great way to get in front of customers - it's imperative to growing your business, but planning takes time. Time that small business owners don't have. That's where I come in!
